At Digitallove.in, we strive to provide a seamless learning experience. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and participants may need to cancel or reschedule their registrations. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:

1. Cancellation Policy

• Participants may cancel their registration up to 72 hours before the start of a live session, webinar, seminar, or classroom training.
• Upon cancellation, a letter of credit will be issued, which can be used towards any future event hosted by Digitallove.in.
• The letter of credit is valid for 8 months from the date of issuance.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be processed if the event is canceled and is not rescheduled within 90 days of the original scheduled date.
• If a live webinar or online training is canceled, participants may choose between:
  • Access to a recorded version of the session, OR
  • A full refund.

3. No-Show Policy

• No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend the live session, webinar, seminar, or classroom training without prior cancellation.

4. Event Cancellations by Digitallove.in

• A live session, webinar, or classroom training may be canceled due to insufficient registrations or unavoidable circumstances.
• In such cases, participants will be notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled event start time
